Brain in Hand’s latest Impact Report explored how the service supports neurodivergent employees. Based on survey responses from 272 employed users collected between October 2025 and April 2026, alongside qualitative insights and in-depth user experiences, the report examined the impact of Brain in Hand on wellbeing, workplace functioning, and sustainable employment. Findings showed improvements in confidence, organisation, and wellbeing, and participant accounts indicated that changes in self-awareness are central to positive change with Brain in Hand. Many participants also reported that Brain in Hand had supported them with their work performance, lessening work absences, and feeling more likely to stay in their role. For employers, economic modelling suggested that these observed improvements could relate to annual cost savings of up to £11,748 per employee.
